The concept art fits with the art style of the others. See - empty ballistic hardpoint on the ballistic arm, empty energy hardpoint, general style.

Considering the "hate" the Panthers been getting, i.e. it's useless based on hardpoints speed armour etc...

I'd hate for another iconic mech to be added just to get run out of town for being a waste of tonnage...
