Welcome back, it has been a bit for myself, like for the last 2 weeks I could not get online to play, due to work.

You know I may have to post that Urbie Curby PDF again. I posted it somewhere in the 173Posted Image pages of this looong discussion.

I'm not sure "discussion" is the word to use. It's pretty much a unanimous chant of URBIE URBIE URBIE!!!

The Catapult is getting a second Hero Mech chassis, while UrbanMech pilots are still waiting. It hardly seems fair.

Fear Not Bothers, For the True Path of the UrbanMech is slow and steady. Our hero shall come I am sure in my faith he is on the Path. He shall come for all the faithful. So Hold your Auto-Cannon High for we are the Protectors of the People. As Other Mech run around like lost sheep; we march at the enemy and remove the Danger from the People.

Hi ho hi ho it's Urbie here we go

I nearly got my Ace of Spades in an Urbie not long ago. What coup the would have been! Alas, 7 kills and the combined shock and impotenr rage of the entire opposing team is just a "wow gg" from my allies. *sigh* I'm still chasing that elusive acheivement. (Only other mech I've come close in is Misery.)

Also, regarding Deputy Dawg, is there a "canon" or preferred loadout (including base variant) for this fan hero? See, I have MC and c-bills to equip another mech, so...

Finally, I've got a decent paint scheme for R2-D2 (and by extension, R2-KT),but I haven't been able to work out a BB-8 paint scheme that I'm happy with. Any suggestions?

Deputy Dawg is a mech that was designed by Bishop Steiner. Not sure if he gave it a canon loadout, but you can use the art as reference.

I would totally buy one, if PGI released it. Absolutely, totally, and completely. In a heartbeat, and totally unconcerned about what it's loadout was.

IIRC, It's supposed to be equipped with a large laser, heavy machinegun, water cannon, and SRM2 (or was it SSRM2?).

There's 2-3 'canon' versions that Bishop has created.

I think the 'MWO relevant' one has 2E, 1M, 3B, I may go looking later if I can be bothered.

The Urbie has been enbiggened by the re-scaling, as is appropriate for the best, Fun-Sized! Assault mech.

Also, I bought my 4th Urbie, another UM-R60L, so that I could have one with a proper AC/20 loadout. It is distressingly squishy compared to my other UM-R60L.

Sadly, the big stick makes you squishy, but that's Urbie's way of giving the enemy a handicap

I have something similar but tossed a little more armor off to add the SL- after all there's still something left to kill after you use up all your ac20 ammo. the biggest thing with this one is guessing right with where the blob or the assault lance is going to be and can you get there before a light finds you. if you can lose yourself in the blob you can do a number on the enemy.
