Are urbanmechs as good in any other games? i have not played mechwarrior 5 yet, i beleive there were urbies in mechcommander 2 and in the battletech videogame. maybe in mechwarrior 3 expansion. none in mech4
i am sure i am missing a few games out there.

Nope, they're kind of terrible in Mechcommander 2. They're okay early on in BattleTech but otherwise only for Death from above. Mech 4 Mercenaries had it (Mektek probably), and it was okay. Mech 5 it's decent, better if Reloaded is installed. Don't know about Mech 3.

Of course, it would be heresy to speak ill of the Urbanmech. So I will say it is amazing in all games. And it's true.

the Urbie is the greatest mech of all time but some game designers never allowed the Urbie to function at it's true potential. For fear it would be too OP. Long may they suffer the wrath of the Urbie....

OMG beat me too it! I was in shock for a bit. A free Demo Can! If you have not run an Urbie with an AC20, you are missing one of the greatest builds EVER!

pro tip a light 100 and an xl 100 weigh the same 1/2 ton for that assault like 58kph top speed and an ac 20 with 18 rounds if you take the extra ammo skills

After watching this video, I'm going to half expect a bag of chips on the dashboard next time I'm running in an Urbie. It wouldn't be out of place in the Urbie's cockpit.

By the way, that was a nice match, and a great job pug-whispering!
