Oh, I know that malebox is a 'Bringer. The main difference is, he's not Briguy, Squirg, Crom, or Thiaugux.

I don't mind losing to 'Bringers, I just hate losing to the same four over and over again.

But yes, the 'Bringers did sweep the prizes *Cough* although I could have taken first in the Hunger Games if I had really wanted it *Cough* because they are TBRN's competitive Raid Fleet, comprised of most of TBRN's best pilots.

Congrats to the 'Bringers and everyone who participated! We had a great first run at this and I can't wait for the next Cup! *Cough* I also made out like a Bandit with a small mountain of PoE *Cough*

LOL! True that Nightmare.....we are going to have to work on your acting skills, the part of the vid where you and BookieMan go at it at the end.....well, lets just say, no one has ever seen you miss a mech that many times in a row....... Next time you need to fall in the lava or something....

Especially when I still have video of Nightmare from last year's Dash and Bash headshotting mechs at a couple hundred meters in full run, but suddenly can't hit something at 50 m, riiiight

Honestly, I wasn't sure how I was supposed to do that without killing malebox since I had the better Mech at that point.

Well, TBRN has been the site of much fun and chaos these last few weeks! First up, we hosted our first ever Cutthroat Cup Team Tournament where teams of four vied for the title of best 4-Man in The Brethren and a coveted award that they must then defend at each successive Cup. After that, we had our grand battle Royale, The Hunger Games, between all Cup pilots complete with betting and odds. The best fighter in both the Cup and the Games was awarded a special prize of his own that he must defend at subsequent Cups. Now we are in the final altercation; a massive forum war started by yours truly! There remains yet one unclaimed prize to be awarded by popular vote to the most backstabbing Pirate in TBRN. I'm gunning for it, even having gone so far as to abuse my admin powers to prematurely award it to myself and remove everyone else from the nomination process! Yarr!!!

I have to take a make-up exam because I'm missing one next week for a three-day trip to interview with a potential employer. The Professor said I could take it when I returned but the TA decided to e-mail me today and ask me to take it early instead. It's compressing my schedule by about four days and going to make next week miserable as all get-out!

I could really go for some Mech Smashin' about now...

Hi marty, are you on Enjin? Our MRBC team is headed up by Night Fury and Squirg. They don't post here very much, so I'm going to pass your request along to them. If you have an Enjin Profile, I recommend reaching out to them through it; that's where they hang out the most.

It's not just our site; it's all of Enjin. I tried two different browsers to access our site as well as the main Enjin site, and keep getting one of the following: "Maintenance Back Soon," "Error, File not Found," or "Experiencing an error, use this code [random code] and contact support."

Our first even MRBC match went pretty well for our comp team. They picked up a few pointers and had a good time!

Tonight is the night for two different Brethren throw-downs. First up, all the contenders for the Culliford Award for Brilliant Backstabbery will compete to kill Jason Zero, the creator and self-awarded holder of the prize, to obtain the prize itself. Whoever kills Jason gets the Award!

The second battle is to break the tie in our poll for our next contract. We had an even, 50/50 split between whether we should go Clan again or stay IS. In true Brethren fashion, we have decided that it shall be decided by combat between the two groups of voters!

I will be recording both battle using Nvidia Shadowplay for uploading later.

The Culli award was not given out this year, as no one could defeat Jason after defeating the other 5 contestants, although Luigi came very close.....twice! Oh did I mention none of the contestants were allowed to use their HUDs (all HUD's were off).....
