You do realize that killing scouts at the moment is an absolute joke, right?

Is it a joke cause its easy or difficult? Cause I seem to be able to kill Scouts on a reliable average so far...

So they do just fine, or are just not as vocal about it, thus the issue doesn't exist. So the Devs are working on a phantom issue. So the numerous Hit Reg threads are by players who are seeing things that aren't there. Ah I see... Is it lonely up there on your pedestal?

Maybe the problem is your hardware and not the game. Your internet service could be poor. there are a lot of things that could be the issue... like if your Ping is 250... you should be the one being complained about as you would be teleporting all over the place If I remember the Pig problem correctly.

If the whiners would make it to the end of a match they would see the whole match is not camp warrior.
Soften up the enemy from a distance and then move in as a team.

It's actually a lot of fun and feels more realistic than previous incarnations.

First of all i would like to thanks the devs for turning mechwarrior online in to Camp warrior online... Team with more lrms have more chance to win now...

Almost every single mech i am seeing is switching its role towards an Lrm carrer.

ravens, atlases, jagers, hunchies, centurions

everything is carrying lrms now..the tactic is quite simple now.

hide behind a big rock, building or a mountain..only less experienced/noobs go out in open to face the enemy..let your scouts spot them and LRM rain..nothing can withstand the awesome power of lrms now.

forget lrm 15 or 20..bring in Lrm 30 or 40s if you want to have a good chance of winning..

yes every now and then some team with less lrm carriers win but its not happening much.. i dont know what has triggered this new game style but most of the atlases i see on the battlefields are not tanks anymore, they are sitting back carrying lrms 20 or @Xlrm 15s and just bombarding the enemy..Awesomes are doing same and so are higlanders....the game is no more Mech warrior online.. its all about which team can rain more lrms on enemy team...

weird...I have found I have much more freedom of movement, and see much less camping, now that LRM carriers can suppress the Poptarts enough that movement doesn't equal a (or several) pinpoint delivered 40 pt alpha to the CT.

You need to run with a better class of Elo, I guess.

*shrugs*

You know one way to use teamwork to cross open ground against LRMs is to send a faster guy just out of cover, look vulnerable, and draw LRM salvos in his direction, and then dive back into the cover he came from. At that moment, everyone else on his team nearby can make the dash to the next piece of cover while the enemy LRM boats are reloading their missiles. They'd have to swap targets and re-acquire to shoot at one of the other guys on your team who is now out in the open.

If they do manage to switch targets and fire LRMs at one of the guys who is bounding to the next piece of cover, then whoever gets missiles tossed at him can slow down a little bit to let his other teammates run in front of him, so that they can use their AMS to help swat down the missiles as the whole group surges into cover.

Which is why we need ingame coms. Yes, TS or raidcall etc but it should be in game.

Why would you bring strategy to a whine thread?
