The teamspeak overlay on the 9thsword site conveniently allows us to see when someone is on. I'm in game typically weekdays late (US Eastern), but can view the TS (and listen) from the office during the day.

Kurita warriors,
Currently we are placing our recruitment on a pause/hold status. This is to allow us to absorb the massive amount of new pilots recruited in the last two months. We set the bar high for our expected level of skill and competence of all members, and do not want to see that bar drop by over-expanding too quickly. We have opened up our 2nd Battalion, and expect to see that battalion fully functional soon, with three full companies of dedicated warriors.

The training of the new battalion and new members will take some time, but this does not mean that we will not eventually start recruiting again. In the meantime all applications I receive from new applicants will not be proccesed. I will inform you when we start to recruit again and new applications can be submitted; after all, we still have 3rd Battalion to go.....

If the 9th sword is not requiting at this time. I was in 3025 very early and stayed till they shut off the servers. It was a sad day yes I did play mw a shadow of what we could have had. MechWarrior Online is still a beta but has greater potential than I have seen before. People come and go, some are not dependable. I remember Daimyo Brewer and got to know Havoc through his mech designs, fantastic. so I will wait and see when you need maybe not the best player but will do whatever my orders are to the fullest. if my death early mean it helped to win fine. following orders and giving it your best for the TEAM IS what MechWarrior is all about. The 9th sword is the best so I can hear and watch. Time is always on the side to those who are willing to wait.

Shoto, your name sounds familiar from in game. Maybe I've seen you in a match once or twice? Good luck in your application process. I know we won't have a recruiting hiatus forever, and you never know, maybe they'd make exceptions to the rule.

shotokan5, we are currently not recruiting at this time- due to our need to train up our new members and re-organize our company strength.
