Konnichi-wa bushi,

The 9th Sword of the Dragon is now operational. We are a Kuritan based unit that has played since the beginning of Multiplayer Battletech: Solaris, back in the mid-90s. You can find our website and more information at:

If we go merc, it will ONLY be because the game has forced us to do so in order to maintain our command structure. If / When they put in player-made faction units, that will be our first choice. We are a house unit by name, not mercs.

sweet, anyways as much as I would love to commit myself with a unit today, I just want to wait and see how this is handled in the game

Hmmm, this sounds like a good unit, and id love the chance to join, but before i would even apply i have to make sure my comp can even run the game well... A poor soldier i would be if i joined a regiment only to find i was unable to fight for it!!

^^; unlike this guy, My app is in and if my computer can't handle the game engine, No-ones computer can handle it.

Hmmmm....cant you just lay it down as the backdrop to the text and other images...? Not a web designer here so no idea but sounds good in theory...

Several people are reporting white screens when filling out Applications, and they aren't going through. I am working on the problem, but I am unable to duplicate the issue so it will take a little time for me to figure it out.

If you are having this issue, for now I recommend switching to another browser and see if that helps. I will fix it asap in any case.

The 9th has recruited several people but are still looking for more. Though we are looking for people in the US timezones, we are also looking to fill a company of those in the GMT+9 timezone and around there, if you are interested.

I have applied online however when the information was sent it 'white screened' so not sure if the application went through or not. I am US CST and look forward to fighting with the 9th, if accepted, or dread if not.
