Splat Cat

AC20 Jaegar

We've all seen them, those awful builds that work and are hell annoying to fight but fun to play.

I give you mine.

On topic, I have been using this: CTF-3D , while it isn't that far out there it is using a Lawl-BX

It is probably the most fun I have had playing this game in a very long time.

Thundebolt-5SS - Yeah, Phil posted a video of this but I did it first. I refuse to argue with results. Let this thing get behind you and you're done.

Banshee-3M - This is probably the stupidest build I've ever actually dropped repeatedly in. It's pretty entertaining to play but it's never been that effective. This is still my current 3M setup. Note: this smurfy link isn't the exact build as you can see it isn't optimized but the weapons are correct.

Awesome-9M - Again, I don't argue with results.

My K2.
The ER PPCs will overheat alot, but i have my gauss. It's armor is paper thin though, so... yea.
Wish i could fit more sinks, but i'd have to strip it of armor.

Used to run similar setups on my Ilya and Firebrand:
Troll Ilya
Troll Firebrand

Also dropped a few times in:
Troll X-5

And of course an Aweseome for good measure, although this thing turned out to be quite decent:
AWS-9M

Ask and you shall receive.

Corvus : no clue why it has spare weight on smurfy.. Still fun to run the lil fire support mech, stick close to the big brothers and enjoy the lulz!! (xtra bonus if you can pass the 600dmg mark)

Lyran Scout : Your Friendly charger Substitute.

Fixed the Lyran scout link.

Probably because you hit the "Max armor" tool and didn't check your armor afterwards. Sometimes it glitches and gives you less than full armor. Your CT is at 30 front and 0 back, but can support a max of 44, and your head is at 12 of a possible 18.

RVN-4X

Quite possibly my favourite build since the Raven was introduced, I've had fairly good results with it. It makes a nice little sniper 'mech with a good deal of firepower and mobility, as well as JJ capability. But whatever you do, don't get hit or you absolutely will die, and very quickly at that.

JM6-DD

Obligatory post of the Trollgermech build

I run this and it's hilariously good against opponents with their armor either gone, or almost gone.

That's not hardcore enough. Behold, the ultimate Hyena Jager build. Do nothing but ward off Lights and kill steal early on, and wait for late game, where cash is gonna start rolling in.

CTF-4X "KIWF"
Open 'em up with the gauss, get crits. If you never manage to get within flamer hug range, you've still got 2 gauss rifles. Since all your other weapons are heat neutral, you can actually use the flamers to help people overheat themselves (I've done it on Alpine, but it works best in the Therma volcano.)

CTF-4X "Freakinfrankenphract"
I just had to use all the hardpoints. I can only imagine what screen-shake this thing causes, but it's fun to watch people when they get shot by this thing.

CTF-2X "Katyushaphract"
woosh woosh woosh woosh woosh woosh woosh woosh...

HBK-4P "Murderback MKIII"
Originally an attempt at modifying the 9MPL build to have a high enough alpha to 1-shot an assault mech from behind. While it can do that, I'm not always enough of a Leeroy to try and sneak behind the entire enemy force in an 80 KPH mech without ECM. With a lot of heat management, I've managed to make it work in more conventional play.

Also, any CN9-D with an excessive amount of engine power. Especially if it's a standard.
