What we did in the Clan section for a sticky was report it and give a good reason. For the Karl Berg thread I used "Please can this be put as a Sticky somewhere useful like General Discussion-->Comstar Focus Group"

Guess I took too long to reply ha! but it would be nice to see it moved now rather than later....
