Oh, this was in the long, long ago, and I did eventually grind out Cicadas (after Stalkers, Cataphracts, Atlases, Highlanders, etc). Slapped a LPL and 4 MGs, a max engine, and called it good - actually performs pretty well now that it's mastered, but yeah: my "scout" is my Wolverine, more often than not.

Buying the Orion feels like a waste of money at the moment. Probably just have to find a better role for it.

Also buying 3 Cataphracts, selling all of them, rebuying the 4X, selling it again, and still wondering if the 3D, 4X, and Ilya would be worth buying still. (Can't decide if there's anything that any of them do that a Jagermech or Victor doesn't do better.)

Lock-on retention was 6mil c-bills. It doesn't work.

I know what can be done with it, but I can run the same thing on a Jagermech 6-S and not have to crest that hill.

Then when I was looking for my 3rd Atlas for Masters, I face palmed.

Getting enough experience on a mech to finish basics so you can master a different variant. Getting too excited about being able to sell the mech. Sell before unlocking the last basic skill. Facepalms as I have to rebuy the mech, to unlock the basic skill, just to turn around and sell it again...
