For when the matchmaker is going to be overhaul from the giant piece of **** that it is and start to put you with a team that actually matches your ELO and can play.
Hey I have an idea. Start ALL NEW PLAYERS AT ELO 0 and let them work their way up. This is absolutely ridiculous how we get put into teams.
Please tell me when that is going to be fixed.

The Matchmaker does account for ELO, but it also takes in to consideration the Que time, and just starts grabbing whoever eventually. This happens at low player population times, like Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, between 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. PDT
