My Alt tab does not seem to be working again. Hopefully its the same problem as before.

I fix this by having a web-browser or mumble open in the background, or by running in full-screen windowed mode.

Alt-Tab in MWO is now evil... I was running in "fullscreen" for the longest time... now running dual monitors (one for gaming, one for component readout of my PC) and it was irritating as hell having to alt-tab between the two and dealing with the instability it caused... switched to "fullscreen window" mode and it's without issue now. Highly recommend this to all players.

As Grendel said: fullscreen window-mode is your best friend for alt-tabbing.
