I started having problems with one of my mechs in the mechlab a few hours ago...
I was configuring my Banshee, and tried to launch a match, when the red triangle suddenly appeared saying the build was invalid... somehow, it looked like the STD320 engine i had in it disappeared, but the two heatsinks in it stayed in the center torso... when I removed the two heat sinks, the engine (with 2 heatsinks) suddenly reappeared... the build was fine, i went to chekout and started a match...
An hour later, the red triangle has reappeared... the STD320 engine is there, but it freezes everytime I try to remove the engine... I can remove other stuff, ammo, weapons etc, but the tonnage stays at 95 of 95... so I can't fix this mech and use it...
I can use other mechs, though I haven't tried doing any builds on it...
I'll try running the repair tool, see what happens...

Somethings glitched with this mech, its my Banshee 3E... it won't let me remove my engine, and it seems to think it weighs 77.9 tons with just max armor and the STD320 engine, when it should weigh 57.3... wtf?!?
But I also can't remove anything from it, because it won't let me go CHECK OUT... when I click that, it says:
"ERROR: Unable to save due to critical loadout error"
Hope this can be fixed, this is my go to mech... I play 95% of my games on it... not happy... :S

Strip the mech (just equipment).. use the function. Then, Checkout. You may want to use the overview mode just in case the strip function fails to work (and it does fail occasionally, leaving something in the mech).
That should help you before you can rebuild the mech properly.
Occasionally, the mechlab "might" allow you to put in a 2nd engine for some odd reason, so you need to take them all out and checkout, and ignore the "you have no engine in this mech warning".

Yep, the "Strip Mech" button is your friend in this case.
If it does not help submit a support ticket, they can do stuff to/in/with your account.
