System requirements are here (I think those are the latest?)

If you cannot it looks like it is a close thing

".... it will be a slide show"
That's not good, however I will say that it can run Call of Duty Ghosts without much lag.

You have a dual-core GPU with integrated graphics (7420G is the model number of the 4300M's integrated GPU).

If it runs, it will be very very ugly, as you'll have to put the detail on lowest and likely run a very low resolution. Even then, it likely won't be very smooth.

Edit: Deleted my first post, as I had to re-check the model number of the graphics).

Yes. I do it on slightly worse hardware (sometimes) though I don't recommend it. The experience kind of sucks, but you can play.

Slide show as in you see things, then it "jumps" to another "image" :(

And that's on the absolutely lowest graphics settings?

I think I get between 10 and 20 FPS on my system. Boosting the RAM to 32GB helped some, but the CPU and GPU are waaaay underpowered.

When referencing game performance, slide show is very very bad.

I dunno - when I found the game I had already been gifted a strong gaming PC

Those more than the Ram are what are going to slow you down. (thank you focus, I had been trying to remember those terms)

On World of Tanks I get 20-30 FPS and that's on lowest. Same with StarCraft II and Diablo III

PC stats are not something that comes naturally to me, so forgive me for not giving the precise stats, but I have a GTX 680 graphics card and get 45+ FPS (if I recall correctly...)

Edit: and it still sometimes runs rough

This game isn't optimized at all.

Think of the game that performs the worst on your system. Now, imagine that game performing even worse than it already does.

That's how MW:O will perform on your system.

I have a beefy system specifically built to play games. And MW:O is the game that performs the worst on it.

This game runs best on desktops with dedicated graphics cards. Quad core processors also help.
