I have the 5 wins but no Mech. I never get a massage or an Email with the Redeem Code.

Does it say you have 5 victories in the proper time frame?
If it does, you should receive the 'Mech after restarting the MWO client and/or waiting 15 minutes. . .
but you may have missed the promotional period.

Mine says I've completed the challenge 100%, but I haven't received my Thunderbold.

Try starting up the client again after visiting the challenges-page.
If that still does not give you the 'mech submit a support ticket.
