I wasn't even doing anything! I was moving little phone chargers from one container to the sale container. Then BAM! Back tightened up and gave me a choice. Continue using my left arm, or breathing, Oh, and breathing was a sometimes option even without using my left arm...

It's not the first time my back as acted up. Just, it's been so long (several years) since the last spasm. I thought it had finally healed. Back decided to remind me I hurt it all those years ago...

If I join, I'll be on "easy duty". So don't expect my normal, and I may leave if it acts up again. (I'm able to play Robocraft... mostly...)

Around 9-30 EST, Monday. It can be slow to start, and sometime it never start because of events. But when it do start its a lot of fun:)
