Sorry about the Teamspeak Server issues. The server is on a VPS and is not dedicated. It looks like there was a host migration with a few seconds of downtime, back-to-back. That's the first time I've seen it happen.

Had lots of fun. Thank you for organizing this. For anyone on the fence about trying this, go for it. Get a cheap mech and give it a try. I was amazed at how much the game play changed.

Its awesome when every new person that tries this out for the first time says that stock battles are the most fun they've had in the game. The way its meant to be played!

When ya got a C4 on your team with only 12 alphas, you gotta make sure each one counts. I was pleasantly surprised at how well that Narc Kinto worked.

Tourmaline was a good match, as was Canyon right after. A lot more tactical play was going on compared to general queue.

Thanks a lot for allowing me to participate in this with you guys. The matches that I was in Monday and Wednesday are seriously, without exageration, the most fun I've had in this game since closed beta. I've always wanted to play in an environment where I had to play smarter, conserve ammunition for sure shots because I can't just load more through customization, protect locations that I knew were carrying ammo because I couldn't hide it in the legs or head, CAREFULLY ride the heat scale in fear of getting heat locked with single heat sinks, and most of all, to give new life and service to old mechs that I never play anymore because they are not always viable in my ELO bracket in public matches. I had so much fun with my Dragon that has been collecting dust since beta, and it was interesting seeing its advantage of speed play out so well in comparison to the other stock mechs of its era. I love those mechs and it really was an enjoyable experience getting to see the dynamics of these mechs play out so much closer to how they are supposed to be in the lore I grew up with.

Thanks again. I was on the fence about leaving the game after getting burned out, but this gives me something really fun to do. All of my C-bill reserves are going to get me a full stable of stock mechs with representation in every weight class so that I can always have something awesome to bring to the table. See you guys on Saturday, and then the Monday after that!

Good times as always on the Wed. event. I've been slowly rebuying stock 'Mechs, its been quite a slow process. I re-added the classic CMD-2D to my stable on the cheap.
