I've dropped in CW matches with stock mechs. I've actually done rather well considering they were stock mechs. No top of the team, but I was running strongly in the middle of the team. It's all in how you use what you've got.

I got blown up into all kinds of pieces last night but had lots of fun, I really look forward to these each week. Thanks to all who participate.

Also, stock mech CW battle would be sweet if we had the numbers for it and everyone had a full drop deck for T1. I think I'm covered at least.

You don't if you are defending but you would need all the same faction if you are the Attacker.

Put your name and check your faction.

You'll have to update it yourself if you change factions in the meantime. If you faction hop a lot, consider NOT signing up just yet but going back later after we've gotten a bunch signed up, seeing what faction is close to having 12, and then accomodating them with a one week contract or something.

Attackers must all be 1 faction, Defenders can be mixed factions.

Is there any particular day we should aim for? I feel we could post a thing on Reddit if it's a specific day...give people time to plan, grind for Mechs, etc. Once we have enough interest on the spreadsheet we can hammer out a time.

Again the idea is:

Sync drop on a outlying 0/0 planet in CW with two opposing full 12-mans of stock players. After a match, we jump to another random 0/0 planet (so as to avoid any "real" CW players that show up to join in).

Bonus! Like Tesunie said: It's like SMM except you earn cbills. xD

Attackers have to be of the same faction, and defenders against clans vs IS matches can be of any faction...

If we are doing IS vs IS, then each side needs to be of two opposing factions. (Example: One team be Davion, the other Kurita.)

Ah, that's my mistake...I thought defense was mixed factions even in IS vs IS.

Only for Clan vs IS, which in this particular case is sad.

My stock account is able to change factions. Though, I imagine not everyone is running a stock mech only account that can do so. This may remain as nothing more than a dream for us. But if we can get it off, it would be so cool.

I found it worth it for me, even if I don't get on that account much anymore.

Don't forget, we have the Stock Mech unit still available and ready to use. We could make two such units, and have planed teams between the two. Then, we can earn money and play our stock mechs! (But our balancing system would not be able to work any more.)

Yea, that's the real thing that concerns me too. On one hand, I want to say "lets rank people" but on the other hand I don't want people to be rubbed the wrong way, you know?

Tis a fine line between the two, huh?

It's hard to compare some people's skills with other people's skills. Either they are so different/sporadic, it's hard to place them. Or they may feel offended that you didn't rank them higher than they feel they are.

Got some people angry at Carol Avery when he said the term "heavy hitter" about some people, even if he was right.
