Totally goes against any Battletechy, warfare, realism (to the BTU) thing though. If the entire IS used Solaris rules as their Geneva convention I guess... Weight limits are so much better, but hey, I am a big fan of "Throw it on the wall and see what sticks" method.

This is not a crusade for or against this matchmaker. This is merely the acknowledgement that the beta test of this matchmaker could never display the magnitude of fierce, collected and controlled player/community will. If we really, really try to core this algorithms rear CT long and violently, we may learn how to improve the overall expirience for all of us.
Or, in the bare minimum:
- prove that it can´t be broken or exploitet
- have a blast with a horrendous exploit until it is removed (like every eploit ever was)

Probably pretty easy, possibly has a 50% chance to be grouped on enemy team as the sync team though.
Team 1: 3 Assaults, 1 Heavy
Team 2: 3 Heavies, 1 Medium (or light)
or maybe you'd have better luck with this:
Team 1: 2 Assaults, 2 Heavies
Team 2: 2 Mediums, 2 Lights
or any combination close to above
My theory is if you can grab 12 people have the following load out:
3 assaults 1 med
3 heavies 1 med
3 lights 1 med
Because of the relative rarity of mediums if you use a token medium as the "matchmaking key" you might very well find marrying 4 mans fairly easy in theory.
EDIT ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS:
3 Mediums +1 <- do not use any combination of this in an attempt to get multiple groups as it will probably not work however if your 4 man really wants to get into games quickly it might be the way to go. I'll put money that 3 medium + 1 light is gonna be the fastest way for a single 4 man to drop in.

3 lights isn't enough, unless they are really good, to seriously harass a whole team. 3 mediums, conversely, when they stick with the heavies turns into a fast and effective strike force. You only have 3 assaults so you literally know who and where they are and that they matter.
Second match failed to find. So did the third. Waiting on #4.
Know what though?
Don't mind. Totally worth it. That'll get tuned over time.
Also...
No film grain.
IT'S SO PRETTY!

Oh yeah and i want to add:
a buddy just sent me a picture of him playing conquest 4vs3, because there were 8 guys on his team and 9 on the enemies that didn't connect and were ingame with a ping of 0.

as for today, on the scheduled start of the launch module, there is something that has to be done.
A suicide mission unlike any other und unpreceeded in this world.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it is:
Break the 3/3/3/3 matchmaker.
Simple as it is, the mission is to put as much pressure on the matchmaker as possible. Build horrendous lances, sync drop, choose unusual weight classes. Do whatever comes into your mind to make the matchmaker weep.
The core objective is reconnaisance:
(How) Can the matchmaking algorithm be exploited?
... broken to ensure matchmaking fails?
... create favorable or unfavorable odds to an individuum or team?
... create long quenue times or short wait times?
Please report your methods, evaluations and strategies.
Good Luck.
Look what you did! You broke the matchmaker!
Now it's up to you to fix it ;-)
