are you talking about the Timberwolf or are you talking about me?
I was talking about, they are gonna make every clan mech sleeker than the Timberwolf design. For those that share design specs.
It's pretty likely that he's talking about the Timber Wolf
As for the Timber Wolf, I'm worried for 2 reasons.
#1 Unlike all the other mechs announced, Timber Wolf's older designs might have made the devs think they needed to beef it up a little to make it look like an actual heavy. All the other mechs look like they have the appropriate amount of mass for their weight. So I have a feeling it might stay this way, even if supposedly speed for it's weight is one of the things that made it have it's design the way it was in the first place.
Personally I'm not surprised it was beefed up a bit, but it got beefed up rather too much in certain areas on the legs. All I want is that silly "kneecap" removed it's shin, and the middle and little bit of the upper leg slimmed down a bit so it looks more like original Timber Wolf.
If it never happens to the Timber Wolf, it'll bug me a little whenever I'm not focused on combat and happen to be looking at a Timber Wolf, but I can overlook it. So no big deal. I may have grown up with MW2, and the Intro blew me away, but for some reason Timber Wolf never caught on for me. Which is strange since in MW2 I loved the long torso, long arms, giant cockpit (graphically of course), the "ears", and the legs a whole bunch, and it's basicly just a bigger Mad Dog when it comes to the stock build. It's probably just cause I didn't like how it played,
MW4's Mad Cat looked pretty ugly to me, too bulky (particularly the torso in general in comparison to everything else), at that point I'd prefer the Dire Wolf (any version really) for bulk that actually looks good.
MWO just bulked it up again in places that make it look better than the MW4 version, just a tad too much in a certain area on the legs.
#2 I fear about what the Mad Dog's legs will look like, since Mad Dog copy pastas the Timber Wolf's legs. Mad Dog is my favorite mech in Mechwarrior as well.
Though I also fear that they may use MW4 Vulture design over the original designs. That design is just "meh" and I thought it was a new mech entirely when I first saw it. However, after seeing Stormcrow and Adder I feel a bit relieved, and trust they'll do the Mad Dog right.
I'm worrying about Mad Dog's design more than anything else in the game right now.

makes madcat fans sadder that the adder and this mech have turned outso well.
i pray that the nova hasn't been made as tall as the stormcrow...
There aren't many short + wide mechs in the first place, I'm really hoping they have it be short + wide for some variety.
@ the Stormcrow topic
As I said in another Stormcrow topic. The Stormcrow is very sexy, and it looks almost exactly like the old designs, and blends in with MWO quite well. Keep up the good work PGI!
If I'm trying to go for the most pointless of nitpicks, the thing on the bottom of it's foot looks like it's front toe flap got bent up towards the leg, it looks strange. And the hands look very strange. Not saying they should be removed though.
If I want a mobile laser boat, I know what mech I'm going to use. I just wish the stormcrow had jumpjets. Cause I love jumpjets so much, and it's a crow for crying out loud! Too bad it probably wont happen. Though, we still have the nova when it comes to a laserboat with jumpjets. I just hopefully it can now turn it's torso. Since Kit Fox's picture is shown that he twisted his torso, in MW2 neither the Kit Fox or Nova could twist their torso.
