I went with the Atlas, I was pondering the Catapult, but a bit of lag yesterday during purchase helped me decide.

Got the Hunchback. I like to get in a semi-close position but not quite in the enemy's face. The lion's roar of the AC20 had nothing to do with it honest. ^.^

Shame it is the variant with the AC/10 then. :D

ATLAS. I so love the grinning skull design on the mech. It so spells death in the face of your enemies. Too bad it is not so prominient like the some others I have seen in the series.

I'm a dirty money-grubbing merc at heart so when I get my Elite pack I'll possibly be taking an Atlas as it's likely to be among the most expensive startup mechs, & using the $80 to add any further required mechs.
..Which can play with the weapons from the Atlas, giving me more tactical options that bit sooner.

*EDIT* Ps; Liking that heavy Hollander idea.

Atlas. Hopefully I'll get to pick-up an Awesome or Warhammer down the road.

Probably not for a while yet. The Mad Cat is a Clan mech, and as far as we know the Clans are a long way from invading in this continuity. Don't expect to see any Clan tech for a long time.

I should have expected it from the timeline and setting of MWO, but I simply can't stop thinking about this. With the Mad Cat it has been love at first sight.

I would have chosen the Atlas. It seemed like the most logical choice, being the mose expensive of the 4. I want to have every Mech in every variant anyway eventually :D
But well, I was given the option to take all 4 ^_^

I would have taken the "Hunchback" ... or "Big Al".... hmm... just take all, there's no need to decide :D

But isn't the HBK-4G the variant with the AC/20?

I didnt pick a founder's mech ... they reminded me too much of every other online games giveaways. Something that I use for a week and then never use again.

Okay, confused it with the 4H because I've been reading a comparison discussion between both variants.

My bad.
