If I put in 2 lrm 20s and 2 lrm 15s and separated weapon groupings would I still be penalized by GH?

If you fire more than 2 of them in a .5 second gap, yes. Fire them more than .5 seconds apart, no ghost heat. Weapon grouping has no effect.
