I say if you turn the heat off, friendly fire off, unlimited ammo on, or use invincibility in the single-player incarnation of any MechWarrior game, you should get a big flashing neon red "DISHONORABLE" floating above your 'Mech at all times any of those options are enabled.

I disagree.
It should read "DEZGRA".
Its shorter. :)

It wouldn't be Mechwarrior without friendly fire. I'm all for it.

Friendly fire is a fact of life, it also provided some of the funniest moments in MW4/Mercs matches. Such as the time our assault pilot accidently and fataly sat on our Khans light mech, gave the whole serious match a more fun and light hearted atmosphere for both sides.

I agree with others on friendly fire ... since this game is largely a sim ... "Shoot Responsibly"
