Hey, I just had to kill yet another person shooting people in the back at the start of the match.
Once would have been excused as being an idiot. He did it twice, so he had to die.
Is there a policy of against naming these pieces of nothing on the forums?

Yes, the name and shame policy prevents you from disclosing the player/s publically.
Contact support@mwomercs.com about the offending players.

Not this again
Technically, you are the one in violation. That pilot could have had issues with... something, it could have been anything.
But you decided to be judge and jury for no reason at all.

I've been shot at many times by allies more so at the beginning of the fight I think some of them just leave auto fire on .... I don't retaliate I just move away from them amused in the knowledge that auto fire is effectively putting a target on them saying I'M OVER HERE to the enemy team.

it's best to just ignore those people, let them run off and get themselves killed cause we all know it's what's going to happen

How do you ignore people that shoot your legs and arms or weapons off? We had an idiot on our team that did that... Yelled something about All Steiner pilots suck and he legged me and then another Person and so on... Our team had to take him down...
Yes its technically illegal.... but sometimes you have to take drastic measures... you cant just ignore some of these Douche bags...
Never let one person ruin EVERYONE's FUn in the Game.... EVER
EDIT... Pugging is like the Wild West with no Sheriff in town....

in that instance, yeah drop him, he's a handicapp to the team, i was more refering to those that seem to fire every which way once you get full control of the mech, the hapless idiot that can't change his setting off dimwit. what you're refering to is a douchebag troll and should always be burned to the ground as fast as possible

Never retaliate against team-damage or teamkills and more importantly, never kill a player from your own team because of it.
Even if s/he kills or cripples all 11 other players of his/her team, simply report the player in question support@mwomercs.com and move on to the next match.
The moment you retaliate, possibly even kill the player in question, you are breaking the rules yourself. You are making yourself targetable for a report which might result in a ban. It is not the job of the players to be the judge over other players. This is not a selfcontroled environment, like EvE-Online. We have GameMasters here for this job and they do it splendidly.
Please read the code of conduct, the griefing- and the name&shame rules carefully and make sure you understand them, as they are an important part of the game. If you break them, for whatever reason, you are the one at fault, just as much as the one you want to punish.
In your report to support, please include as many of the following information you might have available:
- Name of the offending player
- Map played
- Date, time and timezone
- Type of offense
- Other players involved (witnesses)
- Screenshots
- Links to videos or other material that might prove usefull to the GMs
- other
Also, please try not to insult other players, no matter what they did. Not only is that in itself a rule violation for insults or language, it's also not an acceptable way to present an argument.
With all that said, I'm closing this thread!
