Preorder the Warhawk Now!

  • Introduced in 2999 by Clan Smoke Jaguar in anticipation of the Clan Invasion the Warhawk is a deadly machine

  • Highly prized and jealously guarded by Clan Smoke Jaguar, all facilities were Clan-only until the 3060’s.

  • Powered by a massive 340 XL Engine that giving a top-speed of 64.8kph and mounting 13.5 tons of Ferro-Fibrous armor it dissipates its enormous heat generation through an awesome 20 Double Heat Sinks.
Weapon and Equipment

In its primary configuration, the Warhawk is equipped with an array of long range weapons including two ER PPCs mounted in each of the 'Mech’s arms. While unable to fire all of the ER PPCs at once without suffering a massive heat spike, it can use a chain-fire strategy to manage its heat. In addition, the Warhawk is equipped with an LRM-10 launcher. This compliments the ER PPCs, allowing for long range direct or indirect fire attacks.

Primary Configuration:

  • 4x ER PPCs

  • 1x LRM-10
Hardpoints:
  • LA: 2E, 1M

  • RA: 2E

Manufacturing Information

  • Mass: 85 tons

nice design overall...
but the left arm missile pod is a little out of shape... (would be better as a 3+2+3+2 instead of 2x5)

It's massive, I'm curious about seeing how the hitbox will be managed. However the 3D model it's very nice, I love it!

Looks good, I think the nose is just a tad stubby. But a solid build the rest of the way around.

This I agree with, the concept had it this way. But I will still play this mech at some point!

Edit: I take that back, the nose is spot on with the concept art!

Looks pretty good. How about a thread detailing how Clan things will actually work, not speculation or unfinished, countless charts

Not a fan of the arm launcher, but I bet most people will pull it off anyway.

Otherwise, it's a pretty mean-looking death-machine!

It's funny how the Clan mechs all look like what proper war machines should look like. Aggressive, utilitarian, yet graceful somehow.

Damn clanners get all the good stuff! :)

I think the the missile rack is at wrong place at all - the Warhawk missile pod was on the shoulder . The cockpit also looks odd - like the pilot will take sunbaths - huge glass at 45 degrees toward the sky and the rim pass just in the front of the front line of sight ! At least the legs look better then the TimberWolf .

I love it, especially the mounting of each of the ERPPCs. My only complaint is the missile pod. With it vertical and close to the ground I can see the missiles having the same issue as the Catapract has with its weapons. It would be better if it was mounted horizontally or made to be square instead of a rectangle.

Ed-209 is proud of them legs.

And when I saw that left arm all I could think of was Posted Image

It increases the arm's target profile to the point of absurdity so off with the missles! I
