I am talking more about convergence when leading a target.

Because the arms are so widely spaced when you fire at a target who is moving generally only one of the projectiles hit due to the other being a mechs length away from the other.

That does suck, but in brawling distance, this should not be an issue (at least, convergence is affected less) but when you consider the LBX, the scattershot effect is just more scattered.

I dunno... I wouldn't worry about it, because there won't be enough people fielding these to matter...

I know but it was worth mentioning.

Right now I am rolling around in a max engine, LB10-X, x2 SRM6's, x2 meds and max JJ's.

Until I get speed tweak it just feels so fat cat slow.

But i'll continue experimenting.

See, the cream+red looks OK.
The default is just... not good.

TY Carrion, you have been quite helpful across the board! I like the first Black background version the best.

Standard 10 tubes (.......)

I know right? seems like the Quickdraw would be built to handle 15-20 tubes but nope. Archer fans cry out in anger. Just the standard 10 tubes with a lrm15 or 20 in it.

Hmm interesting, JJs with a small engine cap, could have been a good LRM boat. TY again lol.

I wouldn't discount it off hand, it has the makings of a solid support sniper

x2 LRM10's
x1 Gauss
x2 meds

With jumpers. You can have up to 4 jumpers.

Or twin AC2's over LRM10's

Im really hoping LBX and UACs look decent atleast... Bishop you're a rich guy buy the Quickdraw .44 and post some pictures for us!

I plan to, actually, lo. Do wish I could slap a "Man with no Name" paintjob on it though........

hey just had a PGI money maker.... They are loathe to give "Chassis Paint Unlocks" to Heroes...... but what if they (for their usual prohibitive amount...but hey, the forums are gonna QQ anyhow, might as well have a legit reason) where one unlocks a paint scheme for that one Hero Mech only....? Than tier up the paint jobs, from inexpensive to outrageous. I admit, I would pay "full unlock" costs to repaint some of my Heros, especially my Ember.

3 tons for the cannon, 3 tons for the SRM6's and max armor(well .5 ton shy i think...50 on the legs and 38 on the arms) with quad jumpers.

I just got done trying the twin AC2 over twin LRM10's....with a XL 200. It has potential once I get speed tweak. The jumpers sell the lrms by popping over cover to launch and then backing down other LRM boats with the AC2's.

I may drop the twin AC2's in favor of a UAC5 and increasing the engine.

Because IV has FF but not ENDO maybe?

I ended up having to reverse that.

That default colour scheme looks like Ronald McDonald.

I guess that would mean that McDonald burgers would make your arteries harden enough to stop autocannon rounds. :)

I tried both of those designs and they are very lackluster. The issue is simply the convergence on moving targets for the UAC5 and getting LB10-X just sand blasts as they perfectly core your ct and nothing else.

You need the speed at the moment. Dual cannons are out, IMHO for this design.

A lot of FASA-designed mechs have similar oddities. Since this is based on a canon pilot, maybe the stats are based on canon descriptions of her setup, which would explain the FF and lack of ES.
