So... two of the fixes they brought with this patch didn't fix anything ?
The other one being the "no more than 1 group per team"-fix ...

Did they forget to actually APPLY their fixes in the patch ?

Only with regard to private matches. The unwashed masses in the PUG queue don't deserve the effort.
