I have a tear in my eye right now.
I always thought something like this would never happen to me, until it did.
I don't want to talk about that, but the least I could do was buying that mech and encouraging everyone do to the same back then.
Awesome video. Keeps this whole, incredibly sad story in peoples minds.

Perhaps every year on this day we should all run our Sarah jenners in game.

What an absolutely wonderful movie and tribute! Thank you for sharing! Sarah must have been one great person and a "mech pilot to be reckoned with!

She was a 5(?)-year old girl who died of cancer, the daughter of a player and a player herself.
The Sarah's Jenner was built with the loadout she played - XL300, 2SSRM2, 4ML, BAP, Endo, Ferro. It was given a unique skin and given to any player (along with a mechbay) who donated $10 to the Canadian Cancer Research charity through the website. The community raised six figures.

We at HHoD will never forget Sarah, and a tournament is in the works using her mech to keep her memory alive. Working as a nurse, I've had the chance to work with pediatric oncology patients before, and the strength of character they have in battling that vicious disease is inspiring without fail. They embody the spirit of everything it means to be human.
