The Clan 'Mechs we are getting are OmniMechs; they have standard weapon configurations called "Prime", "A", "B", etc.

Clan alt configuratiuons (which is what we all assume and teh Devs allude to as being teh basis for clan "variants") are albeled in alphabetical order, a,b,c, etc..

SO I would assume that a Prime CT based would simply say "Timber Wolf", and something based on teh CT of a, say, c loadout based CT would be "Timber Wolf-C", or something along those lines.

If you are in an IS mech, you will see Mad Cat ?, Thor ?, etc.

If you are in a Clan mech, you will see Timber Wolf A, Summoner C, etc.

At least, that's how I hope they do it.
