I am have not used a stop watch or anything, but I was having a hell of a time getting a lock with streaks today. Locking SSRMs definitely feels different today than it did a few weeks ago.

Did your previous loadouts use Artemis by any chance? Arty secretly boosts SSRM lock times without any tonnage or critslot penalty.

Shhh, we don't mention that. Once Jun gets ahold of that information he'll see it removed from the game faster than you can say "what happened to knockdown?" :).

Umm...his locks take longer because of ping (200+ and such).

When my connection is poor, lock speed is reduced significantly!

could be a stealth nerf in preparation for clan streaks.That's just speculation tho,of course.
