Clan 'mech Release Schedule

After purchasing a clan, grouping, package or selection. Does it show up under your profile that you paid for a package, like the Phoenix packages did? Or is it that one day, the acknowledgement will appear one days with Mechs in bay?
Reason I asked, as I got no indication that my purchase went through or not. Other than a paypay deduction.
Anyone? Anyone?

same as the Phoenix system.
We will get our "badges" the day the clans show up......Kinda wish they would have them show up as soon as payment went through.

Not quite the same as the Phoenix, as there are no badges with the Clan toys.

The price for each tier isn't too bad. Getting the mech you want may have a huge price tag tacked on, though. With the a la carte you just don't get any value for your money. They need to start coming up with smaller packages.
Lets just say for example you could be convinced to spend $60 on the package. Your current options are, buy and 1 chassis or buy the Kit Fox and Nova from the totem pole. Now if they had a deal like $60 buys all three variants of the chassis of your choice + 3 additional prime variants how many people would buy in to that? Its good value for the money and you set up the incentive to grind out 6 additional mechs and the purchase of mechbays for those mechs.
Oh well, might be too late to worry much about that stuff.
That would be one possibility
The thing i always hoped for was that we could choose which mech of each tier.
You know, choose 1 light, 1 medium, 1 heavy and 1 assault and pay the 120 Dollar they want for THAT selection
Something like: Puma+Nova+MadCat+Daishi for 120. Or uller+Ryoken+MadCat+Warhawk or whatever combination we want.
And then sell the entire package with all 24 mechs for 180 or 200 Dollar.
A LOT moer people would have bought that one. I wouln't be surprised if they could have made 50% or even 100% more money than they probably made that way.
I know i would have bought either of those. now i only have the uller for 30 because of the bonus items each month for early buyers.

We will have by that time a bunch of IS and Clan Mechs.
More art efforts could be put into going over older Mechs needing Dynamic Weapon Meshes and possibly any minor tweaking of existing assets.
Clean up everything in game at that point, ya' know.

You realize that the people working on the Mechs - are not the people working on everything else, and by extension do not necessarily have the skills to help with anything else?
They have been hiring since I started playing - and the same posts are waiting to be filled.
Guess what?
All the complaints everyone has been having about the game?
Those are the jobs they have been trying to fill!
The jobs they are not looking for?
Those are the ones putting together all the mechs - and that would be why we have been getting (almost) nothing but mechs!

since clans work in clusters (5 mech lances) will it be 12 on 12 still or will it be changed to 12 on 10 or 15 (shudder).
The Clan "invasion" would be more interesting if they were really going all out in this way but I haven't seen any mention of this kind of change (did I miss it, maybe?)

No Clan Clusters
+ Clan Mechs "balanced" to IS Niveau (Ofc, we are in a Multiplayer Game, you cant let them imba). The Table Top rules may could have been an idea, but well, let's see

Well, they've said a few times before in random threads that it would be nearly impossible for them to implement Clans in the same way as they are represented in table top. The foremost reason for this being that table top dictated different rules of engagement for Clan pilots, and you simply can't force players in the current game format to adhere to something like that.
Although I agree it takes something away from the greatness that is Clan Invasion, I think they are going about it the most logical way. To throw the entire system on its head at this point will only make things worse taken into account how much they've struggled to make decent progress on development.
I like the current system. Yes it has flaws (3/3/3/3 and launch module not working, pay to win elements introduced etc.) but I still enjoy the majority of my matches and will continue to play the game. We can only hope that Community Warfare will be interesting and innovative.

Having seen even companies such as Blizzard with years of experience working a specific game's systems put balls up patches before (IE the introduction of DK's in WoTLK)
I am hoping they do not - but not planning on getting upset if they do.
Edit: clarification

You could have "honor rules" Where clan mechs get the better tech, but if they share a kill, then nobody gets the CB or XP, and there would be no assist bonuses. There would also be no share targets for LRMs,without XP or CB being lost making them essentially direct fire weapons.
Basically the rules of engagement CAN be affected by the reward/penalty system applied to the game. You can go for an overall win using the high-tech, but then you don't get XP or CB.
Under the honor rules engagement system, clan tech would keep the advantages, clans woudl drop in a cluster (10). not 12.
I don't think it woudl be that difficult for them to implement such a system, and it would be a cool thing for them to try (ie make it a choice for players to use) They won't do it however as it's not something they can sell.

These rules won't work very well.
I can absolutly guarantee you that you will instantly see people griefing others by poking each and every mech once and then run off and shut down somewhere.
So you need basicly "counter rules" to prevent such things. And even then you need to carefully consider when applying these "counter rules". Because taking cover to cool down =/= disengaging the enemy.
