Tim "Sequoia Warrior" Eads passed away yesterday at the age of 49. He had been my friend for over 30 years, really a brother, rper, gamer, anime and movie lover, and Battletech fan for all those years. He was Uncle Tim to my children and hub of many other friendships. He loved Steiner and he loved his Atlas.
So, if it compels you, raise whatever you are drinking now and honor a fallen MechWarrior.

Sorry to hear it. A friend of mine was just killed 4 days ago (was shot in the head). You are definitely in my prayers as I feel your pain greatly and I sympathize deeply.
Wow Im really sorry to hear that. So sudden and unfair. I cant image what that is doing to you and everyone there. I will keep you guys in my prayers.
Thanks everyone for taking the time to like or reply. Its a shame that I cant just show you what a great guy he was, all the memories, how pissed off we are that he didnt care of himself, and what hes meant to us. Enjoy the time you have with your friends and family. It could be over in a nanosecond. If you are angry, not talking, or some other stupid reason why you arent talking to whoever that person is, let it go and contact them. Now Im regretting all those times I was an a$$ and didnt pick up the phone when he called.

Sorry to hear about the loss of a good friend Lake. This quote seems apt...
Those we love remain with us for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade because a loved one's gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart, for as long as there is memory, they'll live on in the heart.
- Mary Alice Ramish
