To be fair, I was raised on nWOD rather than oWOD (and my character was the Kindred of the Being Human style three-way crossover, so I'm far more familiar with Requiem than with Forsaken or Awakening), so "Lupus Ahroun Get of Fenris" doesn't really tell me much.
Though, I would guess that "Get of Fenris" is equivalent to Tribe and "Ahroun" represents something equivalent to Auspice?

Regardless, a good Khaibit of the same general power level could probably take it; Celerity + Obfuscate + Obtenebration = nWOD equivalent of an ECM Light with Lag Shield

Well, that is what they do, yeah? :)
(And Malkavian Madness could explain some things... :P)

oWoD. Get of Fenris are werewolves descended from Viking Stock, basically the Dire Wolves of WoD. Ahroun was full moon, meaning, physical combat god, and lupus, means more bestial and vicious on top, as one was born a beast. Though I forget, the ones born hybrid might be stronger. Basicly, one such Get, was worth 5-6 of the strongest Kindred Warriors.

That's why you never take them head-on. Auspex, Obfuscate and long-range attacks are the way to deal with them... :)

Good news is this means partial to full overhaul on the weapon visualization which in turn means some modifications to hitboxes.
...maybe.

My girl always says, "maybe means no" :)

I see...
So, what are the typical offsets of each aspect (that is, what are the downsides to being a Get of Fenris as opposed to someone else's get, and what are the downsides to being ahroun as opposed to another Auspice?) and what are the typical/default Gifts/Rites/etc for a "Lupus Ahroun Get of Fenris"?

And that is one of several reasons why the Khaibit are awesome - the default bloodline Disciplines are Auspex, Celerity, Obtenebration, and Vigor, and Obfuscate is not uncommon since the Khaibit are a Mekhet bloodline.

Another reason why the Khaibit are awesome is that their fluff makes them out to have originally been analogous to vampiric Anla'Shok; "They walked shadowy places where other Kindred feared to go, and made darkness their servant. They fought entities from beyond death and before time began, creatures that would have destroyed Creation or remade it to suit their own malignant desires. Some Khaibit still maintain their ancient duty, watching gates that must remain closed, and hunting the servants of the Eldest Powers..."

Well, of course 1-on-3 aren't going to be great odds.
Though, Kindred also travel in coteries & the very shadows that the Fianna and Bone Gnawer Assassins are skulking in do serve the Obtenebration-wielding Khaibit... :)

For all the trenchbucket fans (cricket, cricket), your wish has been answered.

We'll be getting a hero for the chassis for today's patch. Here's the sneak peek from NGNG.

YES!

honestly been over a decade since I played. I do remember that in hybrid form, swinging my chainsaw, pretty much nothing survived getting hit. Also, was not implying 1 v 3. A smart Child of Gaia is observant, so if there were others in the shadows, it means the dead offspring of the Wyrm brought "friends".

I don't really see what all the haterade is for.

It's a Trebuchet. It's a semi-unique mix of hardpoints for a Trebuchet, a slick-as-hell paint scheme, and also it's not Huginn or IV-4. if you like Trebuchets just be-goddamn-cause and have been waiting for their Hero since they released...well, here you go. It does pretty much exactly what you hoped it would, and it's not a disaster like Huginn or IV-4. So it's not the next Dragon Slayer. is there realistically anything they could've done to it to make it the next Dragon Slayer?

Anyone in a Treb knows they're not playing anywhere close to the meta anyways. Never stopped me from using the things before. Why not earn some extra cred while ye're at it, and also be Trebbin' in style?
