The title says it all. For months this game has continually failed to produce any meat and potatoes. The unfinished UI (Yes it is unfinished regardless of any official statement or crowd speculation) has been the biggest game content update and that was a total failure along with the launch module. Missed deadlines are another big problem with the SRM fix promised for april is still MIA almost a month later, we may have to finally send a letter to its widow. Im not programmer at all but how long does it take to fix bugs? How many people are actually working on bug fixes?

Even if new content is released, like a new map for example, how buggy will it be? With tourmaline, hpg, and terra therma all suffering from invisible wall syndrome, and "sniper meta game goes here" The new map will probably be no better.

NEW GAME MODE YOU SAY? (attack and defend)

a.k.a. a new death match with a few new secondary objectives. when what this announced and how long has it been since the latest mention of it?

Everything PGI has done to date (that i have seen) has pretty much been 10% of what they promised and said "Thats good enough" and moved on.

Waiting times for a 50 ton medium? i closed the game i couldnt find a match

Well, apparently they re-enabled 3/3/3/3 this patch and had to go back and add it to the notes. Dunno, I'm pretty disappointed at the rate of new maps / game modes being added here.

I'm more disappointed about now searching for a game for more than 10 minutes even though I selected the weight class with the fewest people queued.

Still no SRM fix
Still no flamer changes (promissed oh so long ago)
Still no engine adjustments as promissed (raven was how long ago now?)
No hitbox changes. Is this ever going to be worked on again?
Still no new game modes
Still no new maps
Arm still float in air (old bug, back again!)
AMS fires even when underground
object and environment hitboxes still way to big. (worst of the old bugs that have popped up again)
Multiple stuck in map bugs
UI2.0 still worse than what it replaced
Still no way of finding modules or saving load outs (UGH)
Free Roam bug
Optimization/SLI support still suck
No check-boxes for Glass or Grain
Gamma and Brightness sliders still do nothing
Still no fix for "connecting" bug when exiting game
Turret collisions still missing

Sry bro they're not listening... but they like your hard earned cash. Please spend more on this content rich game.

(hmmm just being sarcastic while waiting to enter a match, only waited 5 minutes..... 5:15......5:30)

If 3-3-3-3 works, it's a pretty major patch.

There have been reports of 2 mans unable to find a group again though, which is what I suspected will happen with the 1 group per team limit.

My Stalker bundle is missing engines and weapons. Patch needs a patch.

Based on first reports, it doesn't, so there's no need to worry about that.

27 minutes and counting for my "quickest to launch weight class" - mediums, of course - and still no game or anything... right...

Russ is PGI's President... he delegates, Bryan is their Creative Director... he dictates. Everyone else works... they are likely handling the media related to the game, not it's programming.

Where is Knockdown?
Where is the economy being re-enabled?
Where is CW?
Where are night versions of each map?
A new map per month plz!!

That is your list. Those 5 things would do wonders for this game....

just facts concerning matchmaking;
played 5 games after patch from 20.05.2014.
All PUG, all Lance, edit: searching only for assault or skirmish
2 Matches 3members
4matches 4members

first match; subjective long waiting time but personal feeling
second match: stopped waiting time 3,24min, matchtime 6,00min
third match: stopped waiting time 4,10min, matchtime 3,50min
fourth match: stopped waiting time 1,34min, matchtime 8,00min
fifth match: stopped waiting time 7,43min, matchtime 9,00min
sixth match: stopped waiting time 10,00min, stopped searching and quit game

waiting time overall 26,51 min
matchtime overall 26,50 min

got screenshots where we got a single game within these 5 with another lance in our ts on same side.
please pm when you want to see it.

ps. personal note
i like this game, being located in germany i am playing it since closed beta
there were heights and downs
i own(ed) 10 hero mechs and spend some money for premium
sometimes i get angry playing it because of my own mistakes or fails in teamplay
sometimes i am impressed by watching other builds or pilots or just good teamplay
but it is always fun to play

the last patches showed that the work of PGI gets worse. i don´t know why this is happening but please do us gamers a favor and improve the quality of your patches. I am afraid of every patch and hear us poking fun of how worse it will become and how game experience could be "deproved"....
Maybe you should change your patch strategy. Gamers/Customers would get less patches (p.e. once a month) but with a bit more content and tested 2 weeks on the test servers to grant functionality.

I know that this post won´t change anything but I had to write this down because it has to be said!

I have a lot to say. But in few words - agree with topick starter.

P.S. Decide to add few words of me. There are a lot of problems, a lot of thing to do. But PLEASE focus it one-by-one untill it get close to be good. I mean, for example, after you release UI 2.0 most of players says - "its bad". Is so hard to focus all on UI and done it at last?.. You realease new map - so focus all no this map, waste month to make it have no bugs at all, and then dont waste time on it anymore. Stop add features before you fix current content. If you dont - add more & faster. Becouse we see no fixes and too slow upcoming content.

So how does one get their hands on the new Champion Firestarter? I see it as a trial mech but has no buy button. Also the mech itself isn't present anywhere in the Store?

I really dislike the direction this game has taken since OB, The Meat and potatoes of the game has ground to a halt and its focus switched to monetization

Go to the Mechlab, change filter (top left of menu) from "Owned" to "Purchasable" and it should be there. It's really the best way to buy a Mech as you can view the "Mech Details" for complete hardpoint details too!

Yea I usually browse that way too, however yea it's not present there either!? /confused.

I like you and I appreciate all you do to communicate with your "customers". I understand you are just doing your job and company rederick atm is "be patient" That said, the list is not getting shorter from my point of view. Ever patch that comes out seems to break something that was working before... or re-beak something that had been fixed... or introduce some new
bug...
I would like to add to my previous list:
-LRMS (thanks for the hotfix)
-3333. Another attempted implementation and another massive failure
-Cockpit glass not only doesn't have the toggle in the game menue still but now the config files don't work for some users and/or mechs!
We were told  test servers, algorithms and quality control test environments would help greatly. They didn't.
We were told DX11 was holding things back... the dx11 patch killed performance for older machines on DX9.... AND full sli support is still MIA.
Then we were told that UI2.0 was holding back the good stuff. Not only is UI2.0 far worse than what it replaced we have yet to see any major changes to the game aside from sales and promotions... AND UI2.0 SUCKS. Not trying to be rude, it just plain sucks. (just copy smurfy all the layout and interface work is already done)
The match maker has always had problems and we have been told to "Be patient" while we wait for 3333. Yet every time its implemented it falls flat on its face and at-least a few times has made the match maker even worse. See 12 mans vs Pugs.
