Do you guys know how to do it? Where you can move anywhere on the map with your camera and spot for your team on TS?

It is possible, repeatable, and you are a 25th player, not counting as any of the 24 playing.

Will I disclose how...

no engine drop is still not fixed?

If you know how to cause that behavior repeatedly report it support, so it can be fixed.
