Well... I did not buy one. Bishop Steiner is an Inner Sphere lifer, even if his Steiner/Davion/Merc loyalties are about as confusing and indecipherable as United States Tax Law!
My evil alter ego, on the other hand, as a Loyal Ghost Bear.... purchased the Thor/Summoner Package, as it had the 3 mechs I wanted most (though the TWolf-S is looking mighty sexxy), because I've been a sucker for those chassis since 1990. Now I just got to get my credit cards back from the guy before he buys anything else.......

When I was about six years old, my parents played Mechwarrior 2 and I would sit on their laps and watch. My father favored the Nova, because he loved having that many lasers (we didn't know about group fire or alpha striking, so he would chain-fire through all twelve) and jump-jets. My mother favored the Timberwolf, because while she didn't specifically play it all the time, it was the one she felt was most balanced in terms of the firepower, speed, and protection that it offered. I took the lessons they taught me, and learned about group-fire from a friend at school, which together (after a brief obsession with the Warhawk) caused me to favor the Stormcrow, as it was faster than the Nova and could fire all its lasers at once (because while I had discovered group fire, I still didn't know about setting weapons groups or modification) while still remaining relatively durable.
Neither of my parents play video games anymore, Mechwarrior 2 was really the first and last game all three of us played.
So now I've ordered the Nova, as it was my father's ride,
the Timberwolf, for my mother,
and the Stormcrow, for me.

Because 13 SPLs. I was really hoping for 14, but I suppose 4 MG slots does make up for that.

Side note: does the T-Wolf S really have an energy slot in its RT as I see here (that tonnage doesn't add up to 27.5)...a shoulder PPC (with ACs in the LT/RT) would make poptarting quicker and even easier rather than having one on an arm.

6 SLAS and 6 SPLAS, with moar DHS, and no real Ghost Heat drama. A Firestarter on each arm. Forget the Dire Wolf, every medium/heavy/assault will be legged within the first 3 minutes by these trolls.

So it does have one. Good, I can re-create my Misery build (If I don't want to poptart) with it to an extent (minus 1 MLAS, but still doing more damage due to clan er laser OWNAGE)

Here's a hint:
No JJ cbill variants, no way to introduce the Pryde Hero without P2W being a legit accusation.

I wish I could afford more. The TWolf S has me feeling excitable, but hey, I'll wait for the bill versions. Give me something to look forward to.
The funny part.....I will be enroute back to Bragg so no PC while we make the trip....the same week ClanPacks drop. Will not be online till end of June most likely. Ohhhh the humanity.

I couldn't afford any of them - so I traded helping my sister with her house for the next few months for the Warhawk pack.
(babysitting, housecleaning and the like)
If she hadn't been willing to do that (gave her a reason not to buy more toys for her son) I would be waiting for the Cbill versions, or more likely waiting to /fight/ the Cbill versions.
