Ive had some issues with the patcher the last few days where i was unable to re-install the game because it kept downloading corrupt files. I know next to nothing about computers so i opened a ticket for some help. Time zone make it a little bit slow but the PGI guy/s who helped gave me some simply wprded instruction to follow that even a n00b like me can understand and im back uup and running.

The support system appears to work just great, thanks PGI =D

The support guys are awesome and super helpful, probably the unit that does the best work in PGI /IGP
