looks quite a bit more oval than i was hoping (maybe just the weird fishlense)

Also of note; its clan custom legs look different from the Warhawk's even though they were the same in the concept art

Other than the Oval CT It looks a LOT like this;



And I am okay with this. Sorta. Thinner forward profile but meh. I liked the rounder CT.

size of the arms to the torso.... and the Masakari overhang....just ruin it for me. And how soft that CT makes it look. There is nothing remotely menacing in it.

I feel like they had to oversize the torso so that this mech would actually be bigger than the warhawk.. since they both share the same legs and upper arms.

It's gonna be a cored out beast, muy pronto. Tall, and LOOOOOOOOOONG. Will be able to CT it from the side all day long. And being locked to a 300 engine rating, it won't have the speed or agility to do a thing about it.

Feels like either the 'shelf' at the top is a little too big, or the 'catapult' cockpit is a little small....either way, still gunna drive it @_@

just losing the carport would do wonders for it, though that CT/Head will be hideous no matter what.

So? Whatever youre shooting at will get cored out in one or two hits. As far as we know the Daishi can do 50-60 pinpoint damage easily (example: x2 Gauss, x2 ERPPC, x4 CERML, 23 DHS).

As long as you dont put yourself in situations where youre getting focus fired by multiple enemies you should always be outdamaging whatever is shooting at you.

Yeah it does look like a whale in this very smooth form but I was expecting a rougher version slapped by Alex Iglesias Give it that ol' meaner look.

So far all I'm seeing is a bunch of mechs that you just need to aim for the arms for to take them out. No reason to go for anything else.

Not if they bring up those 'boxlike' side torsoes you see in Tichorius's Picture. Those would do wonder for side shot CT protection. Do that, shrink the 'shelf' at the top, and by GOD, you'd have a GREAT DEATH!
