I was think of doing it so i can gift the Warhawk pack to a Clanmate, not sure now....Most likely will but who knows at this point.

However, I do agree that we need more pictures of the Dire Wolf for better perspectives than what we have now.

Why do they just show us pictures anyways? Shouldn't they be doing videos for all the clan mechs? Or are they saving that for some gigantic Clan video when they all invade?

As an in-system mechanic no - but they seem to have little problem with you giving someone else the money to do it with.

The olive camo also happens to be the concept art...just gonna point that out.

I like every Clanmech they made so far (also the Madcat "deal with it") but this one is realy far off the Concept Art....
On the Concept it looks like a beast with a well sized head and big brutal arms.
Now it looks like a Ballonhead with small Arms.
I can realy just hope that this is just because of the fisheyeeffect from the Screenshot ..
But hey... 7of 8 nice looking Mechs is Ok for me

Exactly the same boat. I actually love the new Timber Wolf. Sure the leg in the standard version is a hair wonky, but the overall product is fantastic. The Dire Wolf, though? Even if the arms and legs are fine, the entire torso seems way off. I am hoping it is perspective, however.

That said, I am a Warhawk fan, not a Dire Wolf fan, so you can take your slothly moving 100 ton metal brick and either shield my walking ERPPC and LPLas scalpel or get cut in half by it. Your choice.

At least they got the hood relative to the artwork - they stuffed up the Masakari on that one....

I still feel the hood looks a bit longer than the artwork. It appears the shadow falls on the edge of the window, but in the model it falls about midway.

Hmm, yeah kinda see that. Would prefer this though.. ..in the case of the Masakari I personally think it really changes the look having the hood not cover more of the cockpit. It would have looked SO good! That said, I do like how it looks. Waiting to see some actual screenshots of this one before I pass my final opinion though...

Has anyone else noticed how the camera is aiming down from and angle, slightly?

Edit: Same thing occured with the Timberwolf/ MadCat pictures at first.
