I'll echo the general sentiment now that new screenshots are out. It looks much better than at first glance, I especially like picture taken at the pass on Crimson straits, professional work.

Still not entirely pleased, but the newer screenshots have done a lot to calm me down.

Will wait for final ingame asset to pass judgement.

I purchased the base package waiting for the announcement of the final screenshots, honestly it would have been nice to know all this and what each war horn etc was before so close the end. I have to admit I'm really disappointed by how the Dire Wolf has turned out. I guess it's too late now, but really wish they could redo the model, it just looks comical, not badass.

I've only really started playing this about 2 months ago and really like this game, but the development and how they handle PR and customer service could be much much better. I get the feeling from how they roll things out and their recent dev Vlog, that they're not really capable unlike the production teams of other online games :) which is really unfortunate.

I feel like they are doing their best, but I really wish they would have a look at how a game like Warframe deals with their community, PR, new product roll out etc...

Honestly, MWO makes it really hard for me to spend money on it. AND I've spent a fair bit already!
PGI or whoever takes care of the community engagement, sales and marketing. Time to smarten up a little and I'm begging you guys to make it easier to part with my money!

Honestly, I always felt that when IGP started digging their publisher hand in to PGI's neck, they started getting worse with PR. The Devs use to interact a lot with the public, and then all of a sudden stopped. I still feel it was IGP pulling the reins, I also feel that IGP feels like they are superior to PGI, though without PGI and MWO, IGP would not even exist, I mean look at their other two 'games'. MWO is the only one that took off. If IGP wants to pull strings, they should pull them on MWTactics, force them to give it a more canon look to the Mechs, and it would take off like wild fire. The fact they took artistic liberties ruined MWTactics. It is like taking Star Wars and redesigning the Stormtrooper armour, or redesigning the X-Wing or Millenium Falcon.
