How many screens, keyboards, mice, and/or controllers have you already broken while playing DS2? :P

Hehe, none yet. ;)

I beat the first one though--so I'm a veteran I suppose. The second one grows on you--the multiplayer is even better!

Do what I did.

Take your 60 bucks and buy Dark Souls 2. Enjoy it immensely. Profit. Watch PGI squirm. :)

That's what I did!!. Dark Souls 2 is a superb game.

I cant endorse PGI's blatant diverting of resources to cash-grab streams to the blatant detriment of game play and core-features the said were being developed many years ago.

Son if the wife has given you her consent, you would be a fool to let slip that golden approval.

Exactly. When a wife says yes to something that won't cause you some form of karmic debt, consider it:)

But I would offer, think carefully before spending too much. I only bought the kit fox deal and an adder on a la carte and I feel uneasy about that-I certainly would not have dropped for the top package, based on the direction the game is going.
Only spend as much as you can happily "lose."

Just get it...you will be glad you did when you can run 4xUAC10 on a Dire Wolf with 14T ammo... :)

BUt....UAC will be a 3 shot thing dealing like 5 shot a piece.....who wants that?

I wanna be able to lolpha you with chain fired UAC dealing 10 each. Or just group fire them into ur Banshee's face....and watch the armor go from undamaged to critical in one go.

I did a rough calculation on a la carte and found that it only breaks even from summoner onwards, with may+june rewards included.

Please help me stay strong and not waste money on the clan pack.

I'm still holding out. As much as I do want them the pricing is not good.

Also, it took 6 months or so to get all the phoenix mechs. It will take about the same to get the clan stuff. Based on my experience with that package I don't really think getting the mechs early was worth the $110. So I really can't see spending that much (or more) again just for early access.

I got enough saved for all three Kit Fox or maybe a Nova or two. That should hold me over while I grind out the cbills.

I am also getting weak, may buckle before mid June. Right now, I am going back and forth on which single Clan mech I want. Stormcrow and Timberwolf are my frontrunners to pick between with the Summoner still tempting me even though its stats do not look the greatest (armor and loadout weight).

I may be able to resist though all-together, since I find $55 for a single mech (yes I know 3 variants) to be a bit ridiculous. Twenty-five dollars and I would have bought in already. Honestly at $20-$30 a piece I probably would have bought 2 or 3 (meaning $60-$90 for you PGI versus quite possibly zero). That may be something for the PGI marketing guys to think about for the next mech sale.

I've finally gotten enough information on the packages to decide that it's worth the price of admission. Pulled the trigger on Masakari today.

By a quirk of fate, my premium time will renew just as my Founder's premium time expires. :D

Do what I did: say to yourself that you won't spend a dime on the game until they implement working Community Warfare.

The game isn't worth spending money on until they give us something actually fun to do. I want MechWarrior game, not MechCollector one.

Sorry if I sound like an ******* but I'm rather oldschool type of customer... you know, the one who pays after getting the product that he wanted to get.

When you go to the movies do you pay before or after you see the movie?

Case and point...the world we live in you must pay before you play.

People like you are the reason why we can't have nice things in this game...

And by the way, I don't go to the movies often, I only watch movies that I'm sure they'll deliver the fun for me.
If I was a person who watches 4 movies made by a certain director and was let down by every single one of them, who would I be if I decided to buy extra expensive ticket for his new omg so shiny and awesome movie? A fool with too much money, surely...
