Ok, so I'm not exactly new to MWO, but it has been awhile since ive played. My problem is that it appears the game has changed quite a bit since I last played. Well anyway, now when I log in I don't have anything I once had. I had bought a Goldenboy back when he was released which is around the time I stopped playing and hes no longer in my mechlab. Nothing is, I had a few customized mechs as well as a ton of spare parts and now its all gone. Does your account wipe when you don't play for awhile?

The short answer is no, it shouldn't. There are people who have been away from the game for a year or more and have returned to all their old 'mechs. As long as you're logging in to the same account, it should be the same.

I agree that support@mwomercs.com is your best bet to sort it out.

Well your forum profile says you are a member since "today". Did you make a new account? do you use more than one email address?

Go into your stats page on the website and look for your mech stats (you may need to switch to "archived" stats since stats were reset not too long ago)

Forum profile only tracks their time in the forum - if he never visited the forum before today - it would only label him as from today.

IE: I played for almost a month before I visited the forum - my account is almost a month older than my profile lists.

Yeah, but if his mech(s) are mysteriously missing, sounds like either a new account or he had multiple and logged into the wrong one.

Greetings all,

Bionics;
Ensure that you have selected the 'owned' tab when looking through your MechLab stable. And that you are using the exact same Pilot name. But as others have stated, check with customer service and have them check your e-mail address against the Pilot name. Or if there were other similar Pilot spellings for that address.
