PGI should have it here on the forums, shouldn't they. But they're too busy methinks.

If you can wait for the changes to be released in a patch then it will be on Smurfy. If not, there are old spreadsheets floating around on the forums that you could just plug the new numbers in to.
If what you're looking for is a litteral - does x damage at x range equation chart, then, I'm thinking about making one later today.
