I think Gauss is one of the few weapons that doesn't currently have its own weapon module. Instead of a range buff, how about a module that allows you to hold the weapon's "charge" for like, a half a second longer or something?

I would rather go with 0.5 sec charge

Either way. These modules come in tiers so they could conceivably have different tiers of the Mod affect both sides of the charge (i.e. tier: one faster chargeup, tier 2: tier 1 bonus plus extra charge time... etc)
