The whole point of warhorns is to hear them, they demoralize the enemy, by muting the warhorns you are removing their whole purpose, though honestly recently I put them on my mechs to know when i get a kill.

Though i have to admit and agree that some of the stupid ones like the april fools horns and such are kinda stupid but the ones like sonic boom heavy metal and such are good.

I'd like a warhorn that has the old quake 3 arena

The point of the warhorn is to annoy, distract, and demoralize you. Why the hell do you think they would want to mute it? It's a psychological weapon. Lets turn off small lasers and machine guns, too, since they're also annoying.

If they payed to hear that sh*t — okay, let THEM hear it ...but I must not hear that sh*t (especially during playing at night without headphones).
