Under CMD you can see some players have a phoenix icon like in this image: http://i.imgur.com/5c6yaqs.jpg
How do i apply this to myself?

Just don't be surprised when it constantly turns itself off. Not sure what's up with that, but mine always vanishes.

One that I know of is changing Settings in a Match, but I've had that happen between patches too and so on.
So it is certainly annoying having that keep occurring.

The Tags preference setting appear to get reset every time there is a patch.
