Greetings MechWarriors,

As you may have heard or discovered, a bug was found affecting the Loup-de-Guerre hero mech in which it's internal components were no longer present within the Mech. We hope to have this issue hot-fixed later this evening, June 3rd, 2014, at 5:30PM PDT / 8:30PM EDT (12:30 AM UTC - June 4th)

The hotfix will include the missing file including the internal slot details.
A further result of this hotfix will affect all present Loup-de-Guerre owners, whose Mechs will be stripped of their load out.

Please note that players will lose their connection at the hot-fix time, including dropping from in-progress matches. This hot-fix includes a 7kb file needed to correct the issue and return to play. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience as a result.

Estimated downtime is 20 minutes.

Thanks for your understanding!

Wow. So were they invulnerable or fragile as glass with no internals?

Hmm... New Blackjack hero shows up, and suddenly the LTG wakes up in an ice bath with its internals missing. Coincidence? I think not.

Nice heads up, Devs ;) What's wrong with Trenchbuckets? I love mine, albeit they are a bit dusty from sitting idle ;)

So, 7 kb data in 20 minutes... That means, they type in it with hands, bit for bit..

Figures, I just activated my 24 hours of leftover premium time.

20 minutes is a long time for a gamer jonesing for some mech action. :-(

PGI,

Please, for the love of all that is software development, please develop Configuration Management/Version Control. I'm trying my hardest to imagine a scenario where code gets pushed to the production environment like this (not testbed/development environment).

I would forgive this if the clan missile code wasn't a glaring example of you not having these systems in place or being used.
