ok so its ben 5 games its done this it sends me back to mech lab after trying to connect after hitting play its used up all my good mechs pllz help this is dumb and fustrating as hell

It would also help if you listed your system specs, geographical location and connection speed.

Try dumping a DXDiag (search forums for how to do this) and submit a screenshot (with F9 running) and DXDiag attached.
Good luck with resolution.
