Good. I'm sure I know more than a few people who would be very interested in playing that as an alternative.

Hope it's compatible with Windows 10... or vice versa. :)

Didnt the multiplayer get screwed when gamespy died?

My only issue with the game was the way money works -.-

Multiplayer is still functional, as there have been a couple of methods devised that overcome the issue of gamespy's shutdown.
Everything else works perfectly fine, and there are still plenty of people playing.

there are still ppl playing the old mechwarrior games. Doesnt mean theyre any less dead in actuality tho

Hey guys, I'm interested in how long MW: LL took to develop, how many man hours went into the game, how many volunteers were involved and similar statistics relating to the game's development. What software and applications were used to create maps, terrain, textures, 3d models, etc. Anyone know where I might find that type of info?

A lot of it will be found here, actually.

It was mostly done using cry engine, btw.

hey mwll peoples,
glad this game is still alive. there is nothing quite like it out there. been playing recently. the scaling is excellent.
