This was tough for me as I liked the new Clan Wolf logo except for the stars being hollow. However the new Ghost Bear logo had to be changed... I voted classic on their behalf.

As far as the other new logos go, they all had minor design issues... the O behind the new Jade Falcon is too small, the arm on the new Smoke Jaguar is too short, and the Wolf had hollow stars, but the new Ghost Bear logo being tilted up, it changed the entire feel of the logo.

Even the redone classic Clan Wolf Logo has an issue where the bar is much too thin. I really hope this gets changed to widen the bar!

Like in a previous posting of mine. I'm curious where the logos are for Clans Nova Cat, Goliath Scorpion, Hell's Horses, Diamond Shark, Coyote? Where are those logos?

Anyway. Modern Falcon with the classic background would be fantastic.
The classic wolf BY FAR, but with sharpened definition.
Classic Ghost Bear. Totally.
Modern Smoke Jaguar, but change the solid black to the classic smokey coloration.

Not only for nostalgic purposes, but they:
- fit much better alongside the current IS logos
- Are better recognizable when scaled down

The classic Wolf logo is what I've been waiting to put on my mechs these past 2 years. The original version is far superior to the attempted modernization. I will not comment on the appearance of the other Clans' logos as that is their affair, not mine. My vote is cast.

Classic wolf looks good, because it is the best logo to begin with.

Classic Bear looks good because the bear face is nicer and the stupid gradients are gone.

Classic Falcon looks like crap, would take the modern any day of the week and never look back.

Classic Jaguar looks like it was done in high school art class. But the modern one is a mess, too.

Sadly for the faction of my choice, the classic ones seem to be winning, and Falcons go from looking the best of the bunch to looking bland and weak.

Ghost Bear: definitely classic.
Wolf: definitely classic.
Jade Falcon: the modern one looks nice too... cant decide.

So if I vote for the Modern/Redesigned does that let me scream and throw a fit about how PGI doesn't listen to us, if PGI goes with the Classic/Traditional?

I like em both - some issues with the newer designs (Ghost Bear's nose pointing up being the biggest issue I have with them) but on the whole I like the new ones.

Yeah, they are all good. But I do like the classic as they fit the style of the existing icons a lot better, so that's the direction I went. Doesn't mean the modern versions are bad, just that I like consistency in styles.

Somehow the Classic designs don't quite seem to fit the House flags for me.

i really welcome any polls from PGI about targeting comps, CCs, arty/air strikes, lurms, ghost heat, etc, etc....

Your classical Version of The Jade Falcon looks even worse than The original logo. Its not even Jade-colored.... I just seems to be so bluntly-green :| I thought the community was quite happy with the new JF-Logo .. And now this
...i've been pretty happy with The New Logos tho its true, that they dont fit to The IS-logos.

Seems like the classic-logos will win now but I hope that you slightly rework Jade falcon and Smoke Jaguar in the future - they really look odd. Ghost Bear and Wolf are awesome in both versions.
